Requirements and Responsibilities: Seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Manager for a F200 concern who will play a key role in the company's global tax provision process as well as participate in providing tax rate guidance and other modeling support to the company's finance team. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of FAS 109, provision experience (either corproate or Big Four experience is preferred) and strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Exposure to transfer pricing is a plus. Excellent written and oral communications skills are necessary to interact with global senior management within and outside of the Tax Department.
